The books have been designed with plenty of well‐graded exercises, revision of important points, plenty of word problems, etc. The books begin with the revision of different concepts like Numbers, Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication And Division, Comparing, Conversion Of Fraction, Money, Length, Mass, Capacity, Time, along with the exercises and activities.  

Concepts like Extension of Numbers – 4‐digit Numbers and Large Numbers, Expanded Form, Roman Numerals, Addition Facts and Subtraction facts, Rounding Numbers to Tens, Hundreds and Thousands, Indian and International Place Value Charts. Decimal Fractions include Place Value Chart, Comparison, Equivalent Decimals, Addition and Subtraction of Decimals; concepts of Unitary Method, Fun with Numbers – Addition and Multiplication, Patterns have been explained by means of a number of exercises and activities. 

Concepts covering Money like Calculating, Grouping, Converting, Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division of Money have been taught. 

Concepts of Time (Reading, am and pm); Lines and Shapes (3‐4 Sided Figures ‐‐ Square, Rectangle, Triangle, Circle, Plane Figures – Cube, Cuboid, Cylinder, Sphere,  Symmetry / Mirror Lines, Tiling, Tangrams, Patterns); Perimeter and Area of different shapes, Data Handling (Pictograph, Tally Marks, Bar Graph, Pie‐Chart, Line Graphs); Maps have been explained and covered in detail.  

Mental Maths Questions, Activity‐Based Worksheets, Brain‐Teasers as well as plenty of Test Papers for revision have been included in the book. Separate sheets comprising of Lab Activities and Worksheets based on every topic has been included and also answers are given at the end.
